The problem is that neither Ricky’s fiancee Lucy nor his dad Ray will let him back into their homes, and some guy named Cyrus has moved into Julian’s trailer, having crowned himself the new “King of the Park.”

Synopsis

The episode begins by showing how Ricky and Julien landed in jail for 18 months: a shootout in the streets. The two are then introduced and are shown being released from jail.

Act One

As they are released from jail, Julien denies Ricky a ride in his cab and blames Ricky for landing him in jail. Jim Lahey is introduced and has some strong words about Ricky and Julien, and later intercepts Ricky shaking some guy down for cigarettes.

Julien arrives back at the park and finds out that his trailer is both a mess and that Cyrus had moved in while he was in jail. Cyrus claims that he is not afraid of Julien and states that he now runs the Trailer Park.

Act Two

Ricky goes to pick up smokes from the convenience store and runs into Cyrus. Both steal the items they want from the store. JRoc and T are introduced, and they tell Julien about Cyrus’ liquor and drug businesses in the park.

Bubbles is introduced and Julien tells him to spread word that he will take care of Cyrus once and for all. Cyrus then shows off his gun for the audience, stating that his dad gave him it, the safety is always off, and that it’s “seen a lot of action.”

Cyrus and Ricky again cross paths in the trailer park and Cyrus steals two packs of smokes from Ricky. He also warns Ricky to tell Julien that he’s going to strong arm his rule of the park.

Ricky shows up at Sarah and Lucy’s trailer. Sarah tries to stop Ricky from entering the trailer, but he eventually gets to talk to Lucy. He tries to move back in, but Lucy freaks out and tell him that he can’t move in nor see his daughter.

Ray is introduced, but he is not shown as he is drunk and playing loud music in his trailer. Lahey and Randy are then reintroduced and they explain that they are calling the cops for the impending shootout in the park.

Act Three

Randy explains that he wants to keep the cops out of Cyrus and Julien’s feud. Cyrus arrives and questions Lahey and Randy’s decision to call the cops, and threatens the two of them if they go through with their plan.

Cyrus and a large crowd of people arrive at Julien’s trailer. Julien meets him outside, threatens him, and begins throwing Cyrus’ stuff outside the window and breaking them. Julien then questions the park residents whether they need Cyrus’ services and is meet with a deadening silence.

Cyrus pulls his gun out and threatens Julien, but Julien eggs him on to shoot him by pulling the gun to his head and taunting Cyrus. With the whole park watching, Cyrus chickens out and leaves the park. Lahey thanks him and the residents are happy with the result.

Ricky, now out of places to sleep, winds up at Julien’s. Julien shuts him out at first, but then shows some kindness by offering Ricky blankets, liquor, and his car to sleep in. The credits then roll.
