Bubbles pretends to be a spaceman when the boys buy a rocket set. Ray reveals Lahey’s secret and Lahey goes off the deep end.

Plot Summary

Phil Collins pulls up to Lahey and Randy’s trailer and tries to get Randy to kayak with him. As they practice kayaking in the lot, Phil recommends hypnosis tapes to help Lahey get off the liquor. The bottle kids assault them.

Act One

Ricky is washing his face while trying to justify while he’s not at fault for burning the trailer down. He then makes some bacon for his old man, saving him three pieces in exchange for the Bacon grease. He and Ray then argue over the “sparrows from the Bible.”

Julien wakes up and asks Ray for a splash of Rum, and Ray straight up refuses him the drink. The camera cuts to Bubbles, who is dreaming about ordering a large breakfast at a restaurant. He wakes up and heads towards the burnt trailer.

Bubbles tries to get some bacon, but Ricky already gave it all to Ray. Him and Ricky do bread heels and bacon grease, but it’s obvious that it is both disgusting and dry. Bubbles still seems to be a bit mad about Ricky lying to him about how the trailer burnt down.

Lahey is inside reading “How to Quit Drinking for Life,” but refuses to take the liquor meds Randy gives him. Trinity is seen running to borrow Ricky’s car, but Julien objects to her taking the car. An argument ensues between Ricky, Julien, and Ray.

Ray gives Julien the rest of his rum out of spite and leaves the lot. Bubbles freaks out when Ricky and Julien get into another heated argument. They promise to do whatever Bubbles wants to do, which means heading to the mall for a badminton set.

Act Two

Lahey tries to stop Trinity from driving the car, but he trips over something and she drives off. Lahey freaks out while Randy tries to get him to watch some hypnosis tapes, but Lahey finally relents and agrees to watch the tapes.

The Boys get to the mall and Ricky decides to play some pranks, including getting on the paging system. Bubbles finds a rocket set he wants instead of a badminton set, but the price tag is a whopping $100. Ricky decides to take care of it, claiming to know how to pay for it.

Ricky pulls out a fake checkbook, writes the amount of the rocket, and walks out of the store without paying. As he gets to the car, mall cops show up. Ricky slips the check into Trevor’s pocket while the mall cops take them back to their office.

Back in the office, Ricky tells the mall cops that it is Trevor’s fault the rocket isn’t paid for. The mall cops find the check, a result of the “fake check trick” by Ricky, in Trevor’s pocket. They let Ricky, Julien, and Bubbles go while they hold Corey and Trevor for questioning.

Lahey is seen asleep while watching the hypnosis tapes, and jumps up when they end, claiming to want to make the park great again. Him and Randy walk out of the trailer as the Boys get ready to launch the rocket.

Act Three

The Boys try to play space, but Ricky has no clue how to pretend. Lahey and Ricky try to stop the Boys, but they tell them off and go ahead with their plan anyway. As Ricky is setting up the launch device, Ray calls Lahey out for drinking liquor out of his bottle instead of water.

Ray and Lahey argue over the contents of the bottle, and as Bubbles launches the rocket, it is revealed that Lahey has been drinking vodka out of the water bottle. Lahey gives a speech about his alcoholism and runs over the rocket on his way out.

Randy shows back up to Lahey’s trailer with a bottle of liquor. Lahey thinks it’s some kind of trick, but Randy wants to use the booze to allow Lahey to send Ricky and Julien back to jail.
